October was a busy and beautiful month! Part of my adventures included hanging out with some pretty awesome families, some long-term clients and friends and some new ones too! Here are a handful of shots from my three October families ...

Relaxed, gorgeous and so full of happy; this sweet (slightly rainy) Saturday at Slit Barn was a perfect reflection of Michelle and Owen's love. It was an absolute pleasure to capture this day with Chris at Click Photography shooting beside me. Here are some highlights ... The black sky had us a little worried, but the weather cleared just in time to hang out with these two on a Sunday evening at Rockwood Conservation Area. A year away from their big day, they've got a lifetime of adventure ahead and I'm honoured to share in some of their memories. Here are a few highlights from our shoot ... Had a great visit/shoot with this family a few weeks when my husband and I tagged along on their Sunday-morning walk in the woods. Here are a few of my faves ... It was such a pleasure to spend some time with these three (and their pooch!) again. Last time, it was to welcome little Miss L; this time, it was to celebrate her first birthday. Time sure does fly! Happy Birthday, little lady! Snack time ... Time to smash some cake! Here comes dad to show her how it's done ... The aftermath ...
These five have spent many summer days at Kiwanis Park, so it was great to take the loop with them last Sunday. Here are a few of my favs from my time with this great family ... I knew when I met Susan and Andy earlier this year that I would absolutely love capturing their day. An intimate gathering of friends and family at the Grist Mill in Waterloo Park perfectly complimented this kind, relaxed, beautiful couple. In the four hours I spent shooting, I witnessed so much love and laughter shared amongst the bride, groom and all of their guests. Thank you, Susan and Andy for choosing me to be part of your day; it was an absolute pleasure! On a beautiful Saturday in June, I had the pleasure of hanging out with these two at Deanne's family farm, a gorgeous property that holds a lot of memories for this bride-to-be. It was a casual afternoon shoot that included a deer sighting, some wine and so many genuine laughs. I can't wait to be a part of Dee and Jeff's big day in October. Here are a few of my favourites from our adventures together so far ... This September one was an absolutely beautiful yet crazy-busy month. This early morning visit with Baby L and her family was a welcome one; nothing makes me slow down and enjoy life like hanging out with a wee one! Here are some of my favourites ... ... and because I never did blog Christina and Milke's belly photos ... here are just a few flashbacks. Oh how much life can change in a few short weeks! I knew it'd be a blast to shoot Matt and Amanda's e-session; their natural connection I've come to know over the last couple of years was simply a pleasure to capture. We started early with some coffee and a walk around town, then made our way to Boundary Falls as the temperature crept steadily to 32 degrees. It was a muggy morning, but a great one. Here are just a few highlights ... |
